The ClayTech RainSub 45 is a submersible pump that can be installed inside the rain-water tank. It is not automatic, however it can be made so with that addition of a ClayTech Aquatron external to the rain water tank The Aquatron is constant flow switch that eliminates the need for a pressure switch.
Because the ClayTech Rainsub is housed inside the rain water tank your installation is kept very tidy and there is also minimal noise when the pump is running. The problem of being woken in the night by a noisy pressure system will never happen again after you have a RainSub 45 installed.
